We use the details you choose to share to understand your project and respond to you.
Project enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, we store your name, email or WhatsApp number, optional company details, selected services, request description and any timing, budget, service details or files you share in the studio’s enquiry inbox. Access to this inbox is restricted to the studio owner.
We use these details to respond, clarify your needs and prepare a proposal where appropriate. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Website measurement
We count page views, project-link clicks, form starts, guide use and received enquiries in daily totals. These counts do not use tracking cookies or visitor profiles. Counts describe activity, rather than unique people or a precise individual conversion journey.
To discourage repeated automated submissions, the site temporarily stores a hash derived from a network address or contact detail with an expiry time. Expired records are removed when a new enquiry is saved.
Storage and outside services
The website and enquiry storage use the hosting platform’s infrastructure. Instagram is an external service and has its own privacy practices. Avoid sending passwords, payment information or sensitive documents through the enquiry form.
Questions about your information
Contact @dalvisafrica to ask about your enquiry information or request its deletion. Include enough information for us to identify your enquiry; we may need to verify the request.
